President/CEO - Mr. C. Russ Lloyd founded Innovative Waste Management in 1997 after 10 successful years in the environmental service industry. Over these years, he developed professional relationships with sub-contractors, facilities, and regulatory representatives, which enabled the transition to opening his own very successful company. Under the direction of Mr. Lloyd, Innovative has become a multi-million dollar company, doubling in staff and tripling in revenue during the past 2 years. Mr. Lloyd has a vision and made a commitment to growing the company to see Innovative Waste Management handle the environmental concerns of domestic and international companies. Operations Manager - Mr. Ernie M. Willis is a Certified Environmental Compliance Manager (CECM) with 14 years of experience in Environmental Management during which he owned and managed an environmental company that specialized in spill response, groundwater/soil remediation, UST/AST removal, as well as asbestos abatement. He also holds the certification to prepare and release radioactive materials and low specific activity (LSA) materials shipments. Transportation Manager - Mr. Jesse M. Tumbleston has over 36 years in the Transportation Industry during which he owned and managed a hazardous materials transportation company. He also served as a Certified Safety Officer for the South Carolina DOT.
